Biography

Dr. Lisa Bender has dedicated over 15 years to education, serving as a teacher, leader, and consultant committed to empowering learners of all ages. She holds a BA in Middle School English Language Arts and Social Studies with a K–12 Reading Endorsement from Wilmington College, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a Special Education focus from Southern New Hampshire University, and a PhD in Adult Education specializing in Trauma and Secondary Trauma from Capella University.

In addition, Dr. Bender is a Certified Positive Leader through the Jon Gordon program, modeling resilience, gratitude, and growth-oriented leadership. Her purpose is to empower all learners to discover their academic passions, achieve future success, and nurture spiritual growth, fostering inclusive environments where both students and educators thrive.
